Every element of our new visual identity has been designed with intention and meaning. This renewed image represents the tangible essence of our products, with a narrative deeply rooted in the Dehesa of Extremadura. We are the PDO with the largest expanse of Dehesa, and our mission is to protect this unique ecosystem with pride and responsibility.
From our “founding charter,” we guarantee the certification of 100% acorn-fed Iberian products, ensuring the preservation of a territory that symbolises our commitment to tradition and quality.
Inspired by Our Principles
The development of our new identity is based on two fundamental concepts:
- Truth: The Dehesa is authenticity in its purest form. The 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham offers a unique experience, born from centuries-old tradition and a rigorous certification and traceability process. We commit to transparency, respect for animals, and excellence at every stage of production.
- Virtue: The Dehesa represents the perfect balance between man and nature. Our work is founded on ecosystem sustainability, strict product selection, and animal welfare, guaranteeing natural feeding and artisanal production without compromise.
