Renowned judge on MasterChef Spain and chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant El Boh\u00edo, Rodr\u00edguez selected these three Extremaduran examples, along with 14 others from the finest Spanish dehesas, for their exceptional flavour, texture, and the tradition behind their production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This prestigious recognition highlights the quality and uniqueness of Dehesa de Extremadura\u2019s Iberian ham, consolidating the region as a benchmark in the production of premium Iberian products.
